Daniel is a Licensed Business Broker and a Licensed Commercial Real Estate Broker in Illinois and Florida, Daniel has spent the past 20 years representing Sellers, Buyers, Landlords and Tenants by advising on the Sale and Acquisitions of Businesses and Leasing of Commercial / Retail Spaces with a special emphasis on the Hospitality industry (restaurants, lounges and hotels).

In his career Daniel has established himself as an expert in being early in identifying new urban retail hot spots; Wells St. in Old Town, Hubbard and Kinzie St. in River North, Hyde Park with several local brands, Green St. and Randolph St. in West loop and most current Fulton Mkt St. in West Loop. He is currently working on identifying new urban retail hot spots out of State in Florida and Texas.

Daniel has leased too many to list restaurant and retail spaces representing both landlords and tenants , here are some of the his current brands in Chicago’s River North area; Bar Stool Sports, Siena Tavern, Public House / Radio Room, Barrio / Bodega, Celeste, Tzuco, Gilt, Bavettes, in the West Loop area; Parlor Pizza, Dokku, Bar Siena, The Bandit, Lyra, in Old Town area; Burton Place, Kamehachi etc..

Daniel has worked with the top Landlords such as Tishman Speyer, Thor Equities, Hines, University of Chicago, Loyola University, Brookfield Properties, Related Properties, Friedman Properties, MAB Capital Management, MAC Apartments, MAC Management Co., R2, Newcastle Limited, Oxford Capital Group, etc.

Daniel also has a Consulting Business and is a Licensed Expediter in the City of Chicago with emphasis on timely expediting the acquisition and transfer of all types of Licenses for the City and State ie; all Liquor, Public Place of Amusement , Late Hour , Outdoor Patio , Roof top, Catering, Food and Café Licenses etc., having acquired over 300+ licenses to date.

Daniel has a long history and is very well networked in the Hospitality Industry and into the City of Chicago in regards to (BACP) Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection, City of Chicago Liquor Commissioner, Illinois Liquor Commissioner, the Alderman of many Wards, including Building, Health, Compliance, Special Investigations departments for managing Task force Inspections and approvals.

Born in Mendoza, Argentina to Italian and Spanish parents (fluent in Spanish), resided and educated in Chicago from the age of 10 yrs. old, he and his wife live in the Gold Coast. A lifelong serial entrepreneur since 19 yrs. old, seasoned adventure traveler, active in tennis, biking, scuba diving, currently learning surfing and kite boarding.
