GDP Group successfully leased out 14 W Hubbard the former Henry’s, closed 8000SF restaurant space. Bar Stool Sports chose River North at this location, to be one of the first in the many to come new locations across the country. We welcome them and wish them much success. I want to thank @ properties Ian Finerman and Michael Weber for procuring the tenant. Bar Stool Sports is scheduled to open 4th qtr 2020. Can’t wait to visit!
